Black Tie Presents: Teton Gravity Research’s “Far Out”

With ski season upon us, Telluride is not short of ski films! On Thursday, December 6th, Black Tie Ski Rentals presents two showings of Teton Gravity Research’s FAR OUT, at the Sheridan Opera House. This film follows the perspective of an athlete as he travels to some of the most remote mountain ranges in the world, with a collective of other athletes and their experiences of skiing and riding more of the planet’s unexplored mountain ranges. This movie has everything a radical ski movie should have, pillow drops, urban madness, and steep backcountry lines. The first showing will be at 5:30 p.m. (doors open at 4:30 p.m.) and a second showing at 8:00 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.) Tickets are $15 for adults at each show, with discounted children tickets at the 5:30 show for $7. (Tickets for children at the 8:00 pm show will be $15.) Be sure to stop by and watch Teton Gravity Research’s latest ski/snowboard film and get your stoke on! Black Tie Ski Rentals will also be giving away a free pair of skis and more swag at each film.
